List Of Things To Go To The Mountains
Door (2-4), backpack, bedroom, carpet, walking sticks (if you feel necessary). The tent must be modern and unhappy. The criteria for the selection of the remaining elements of equipment are described in detail on page Frequent questions.
Clothing:
Cold clothes:
It's better to have a flies sweater in the mountains or an improved Polar. Winter two (one thin). Sherstian sweater's worse, but she can come too. Categorically, cotton coffins are not suitable.
Warm cap and gloves:
Cherstick or flies hat, and two winters are just necessary. Besides, it's good in winter to have a mask cap covering most of the face and a scarf. Heat flies or wool gloves will always be useful, and a couple of very warm, preferably double-haired sleeves in winter. The summer needs a panama or a hat. In the case of hats, the ears may be burned if they are not covered by the hair (they will need to be smacked from the sun).
Steps:
Could be both synthetic and thin cotton. It's good to have some thin waterproof pants, better self-sucking. Don't take the jeans, they're heavy and they'll be long gone. As a spare, we need thin cotton pants or thermo laundry. In addition to winter, you need to have strong membrane pants, better on the stretches, because they close the lumbar.
Box:
I need a veteran jacket in the summer. The task of this jacket is to protect you from the wind and, if possible, from the rain (there's more and less protection of Gore-Tex membrane tissues). So the wind must have a hood. Without a hood, your head and ears are easily overwhelmed. That's what the wind doesn't have, it's a warm hint. Maximum is a normal grid.
A dense water protection wind is needed for the fall and spring, ideally made from a membrane of GORE-TEX, AQUA-TEX, etc., and necessarily with hood. And the winter's good stuff.
Football (2-3 st):
It makes sense to buy at least one thermophotball (e.g. Polartec PowerDry). The clothes from such tissue are the most effective to remove sweat from the body surface and dry much faster than normal. You'll be comfortable on the route in that shirt. It's important to understand that "termo" doesn't mean that a T-shirt is kind of warming up, but it's just gonna dry fast.
Shorts, laundry, purchase suit:
You need normal shorts (not jeans) and a normal bathing suit in case you're going to swim in the river or eat.
Socks:
We need a few pairs of normal and one (more) pair of socks. Pay attention to special socks. They're made of material of well-driving sweat, have no stitches, and they're sitting tight on their leg. This reduces the probability of mosoleum formation.
